on first glance i have to say, good job on not making it look like every
other all CSS site out there. (is anyone else getting tired of
dotted/dashed borders?)

it's difficult to judge in a thorough way since there IS no content
(like you mentioned). however i will say...

1. is this designed for 320x240? in other words it's so small it's hard
to read. i tend to like small type but when there is a lot of small text
next to each (ala your menu) it makes it hard to read.

2. the titles of the content boxes are so small it takes away from their
importance.

3. why are you "fastlinks" any faster than my links? (i'd like to see
someone even try to make faster links than my links!)

4. move your site from japan to america? what i mean by that is take
advantage of some screen real estate by making it liquid, or as liquid
as possible and widening it up a little. at the least since this site
looks like it's geared towards a more "hip" audience i'm pretty sure you
could get away with designing for 1024x768.

5. that's all i can do right now.

chris.

p.s. it works fine on my machine. ie6/win. and i use 1152x864.
