yup, except change "is no longer" to "never was"

i mean, it's a valid numeric entity, but it's not standard
and we shouldn't be using it

i know nagrom had a whole list of character replacements (mainly named
entities, but a sprinkling of unicode numerics as well), and i'm hoping he
had the functions to go with them, i've emailed him and maybe he'll
share...
