[thelist] Force Save-As Dialog on CD

What sort of files are these? HTML or something else?

If you are providing options to download images.. You could link to a jpg to
"open" the file in the browser, and link to a tiff file (which isn't handled
by the browser internally in most cases) which should pop up a save-as box.
