[thelist] Animated gifs in HTML email

Well I use Mozilla for my Email client on both Windows and Linux. In
both cases I have set gif animation to off. HAHAHHA. no more flashing
click here garbage.!  It depends most clients that have HTML support
also have to option to turn them off.
