I was wondering if someone could just draw a basic comparison for me between PHP and ASP (or the newer Asp.net)... how are they different? Both seem to be for developing dynamic webpages... yes? no? I'm not trying to start a debate on your favorite technology, but, an objective look at the differences between PHP and ASP, and the types of projects each is best suited to, would be helpful.
