Well, not only what Craig stated..but if you are setting it at 100%
you are basically not changing or setting anything. Its ALREADY set
to 100%. The only thing that changes that is you making rules for
stuff and setting font sizes.

I use this technique on quite a few sites and it works very well. I
picked it up from Owen Briggs (www.thenoodleincident.com) who turned
me on to it.

The benefit is, again, allowing the USER to control the font size,
and using the CSS do make the changes you desire. You can even use
the cascade effect to affect changes.

And, in web design there are FEW absolutes. :)
