[thelist] mail() on windows +PostCast

ok PostCast is great, if you want to send one email !  Using a php script with
MySQL and PostCast Server as the SMTP does not work.  This is on a local machine
Win98.  What it appears to be doing is sending out the first email in the DB and
only the first mail and then just freezes!  Is there something to overcome this
or am I right about PostCast SMTP Server?

Are there any free SMPT servers that would not do this?
