I'm not quite sure I understand what you are speaking of here.  I'm pretty much a novice when it comes down to it, which is probably why it has me so stumped.  I read back over the code and fixed anything that I say that may not have had that extra bracket or anything of that nature but it stil didn't help.

  What you want to do is "bind" site2, site3 to IP 11 from within your Web
  Server. This way any host header site1, 2 or 3 will be answered at the 11
  IP address.

  Look under Properties, General, Advanced for each virtual web site.
