The biggest part of securing MS SMTP is to make sure you revoke all access
be default, and only allow specific IPs access to the Service. For Web
Servers, which only need outgoing SMTP services, I only allow localhost
(127.0.0.1) and the server's own IP(s). This gives the local programs
access to SMTP, but denies remote servers access to relay through the server.
