We found a way round this a while back -- try this CSS.
body {margin:-10px 0 0 -10px}
html body {margin:0}
(It's all about confusing Netscape 4. You might need to adjust the
negative margin to get it exactly at 0,0 in that browser, which doesn't
understand the html body {} syntax.)
