Not sure what your exact application is so I don't know how helpful this
is, but the US Postal Service provides API's for interfacing a lot of
their info, including zip codes. I haven't used it myself so I cannot
vouch for the ease of use or exactly what data is sent via the XML feed,
but it might be worth a look.
