That's why you almost *always* need duplicate global nav as text in the
footer. It's a convention, and it covers whatever links search engines
might miss.

Sometimes, it's also useful to duplicate the local nav for that page as
well, but, really, if you're coding correctly, all of your links will be
accessible anyway.
