If you're developing using JSP (or just interested), you owe it
to yourself to investigate Tag Libraries.

Not only do they simplify and speed development, but using them
results in cleaner -- much more maintainable -- source code.

You can write your own, or take advantage of pre-existing TagLibs;
for starters, see the JSP Standard Tag Library (JSTL) from Apache's
