[thelist] RSS Monkey Question

This may be the wrong place to ask this question.  If it is, just tell me, I
won't take it personally.

That said...

I've been messing around with Ben Brown's RSS Monkey and ran into the
following problem.  If I enter an RSS URL into it that I've entered before,
I get a system download box that asks me where I want to save an .exe file.

That may not make sense, but if it does, could someone clue me in?
