Perhaps AWStats would meet your needs. I use it for all the sites I host
because it's "pretty" and the people I host seem to like that. If you
want to see it in action you can check http://www.rsux.com/stats.

You can download the package itself from http://awstats.sf.net. It's
free (GPL) and requires Perl 5.
