I sent out a message earlier and I don't know if anybody even read it.
I'm going to try again.

I need some suggestions for video servers that can also encode
incoming streams from web cams. Has anyone had any experience in this
and can offer a good recommendation? I looking for real world
experience with these type servers.

If you don't know maybe you could point me to a good resource. I am
putting together a proposal so I'd like feel good about what goes in
the spec. Thanks.
