[thelist] php pear4 path

I seem to recall I had a problem a while back where this message appeared

Fatal error: Failed opening required '/localhost/aaa/lib/func_common.php'
(include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in c:\program files\apache
group\apache\htdocs\aaa\index.php on line 17

can anyone remember what I needed to do to overcome this?
