2 points on your comment:

1) Granted the original thread was discussing IE specifically, but only IE
calls it's cache directory "Temporary Internet Files"
2) Wouldn't a no-cache pragma meta tag take care of that?

Not that either matter.  Wget doesn't care nor does LWP (
http://www.planet-source-code.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?txtCodeId=383&lngWId=6
) .  If it's on the Internet it will be copied so either get used to it or
don't post the content.
