[thelist] form not passing variables if focus is in input box

I'm not sure where that's come from - you might have caught me doing a quick
file upload and the page got confused or somthing? :o/

Anyway, thankyou for the replies, it does seem it's like a browser issue. IE6
and MOZ both screw up, while OPERA is fine, this is backed up by tony's
suggestion:

I guess all I can do is pop some code in at the receiving end to cope with non-
existant as well as empty variables. I can't do a form check because sometimes
the form elements will be blank - it depeneds on what the user decides to
search for.
