When copying long evolt.org article urls to mailing lists, bare in mind
that the middle section which contains the article name can be rewritten
to whatever without affecting the link. For example:

<http://www.evolt.org/article/Alt_and_beyond_Making_web_graphics_accessible/4090/44510/index.html>


can be re-written as:

<http://www.evolt.org/article/thelist/4090/44510/index.html>
