I have two web servers that I'm trying to keep synchronized.  I recall
something about being able to attach custom event handlers to NTFS folders
and files.  I am thinking about using custom handlers to copy changes from
one box to the other.  I tried some google searches but cannot recall how to
create custom folder/file handlers in Win 2k.  Does anybody have any
information about this?
