Tom, Take a look at the MySQL CC (http://www.mysql.com/downloads/gui-mycc.html). If you are familiar with SQL Server Enterprise Manager, then you will be quite comfortable with this gui. It's still in alpha, but keeping in mind that is being released by MySQL, it's more stable than a Microsoft release candidate.
