[thelist] apache help...

Hi all,

Trying to install Apache 2.0 on winXP. When I run the installer I am
confronted with the following screen:

I cannot find anything in the online docs that explains what to do
here. Is this just made up localhost stuff? What is in there now
(attbi) is my ISP and just came up that way...
