IMHO, if you're planning on using Flash and/or ColdFusion, I'd upgrade
to the Studio MX versus Adobe.

Hopefully, they've polled the people who will actually be using the
tools--in certain circumstances, we'll use GoLive when it syncs-up with
the client, but we've been extremely happy with the extensibility and
the community that Macromedia offers.  I don't know if that exists for
GoLive, so I can't speak to that for them.
