Thanks for the idea.  I generated the text file with vbCRLF's at the end of
the rows.  The BULK INSERT command failed predictably with an error when I
used the rowdelimiter of '\n'.  '\r\n' is the proper delimiter in this case.

To everyone that provided input, thank you.  I ended up creating a DTS
package and executing it via dtsrun.exe.  IOW... I gave up.
