Yeah, I read on new ways scammers can have the popup go through firewalls,
apparently using an IE ( who would ve thought ) vulnerability.

I've had this sucker come up at me, included is the obscure ip adress it
came from. http://24.226.177.116/~stef/popup.html

I would ve checked it out further if I had the time and ... interest. But
serves us as a reminder a connected PC is very hard to 'enclose'.
Privacy from this sort of thing is harder and harder to implement without
actually sacrificing one's own liberty.
