For one thing, the title of your document --at the least it should say "Grit Technologies". The url is not what you put in a title. You want a "short" site description, the name and a keyword or so (the links below all have good info on making a good Title). Google and other engines do look at the title. Also, you have no description meta tag, that's why there's no description showing up. Add keyword meta tags also, some engines still use them and it can't hurt anything if an engine ignores them.
