[thelist] Form mailing with PHP - off the shelf freeware?

Hi

can anyone recommend a good, free, PHP form processor?

I'm looking for simple to set up and configure, with acknowledgement
redirect and maybe a multiple recipient option.

I just looked on hotscripts and there are so many I thought I'd seek a
recommendation.

I tried phorm but it appears to be sending bare LF's but I can't find
mention of a fix.

Anyone got a favourite PHP form mailer?
