With any host, but especially the cheap ones, you must be careful
about the features they offer.  PoweredBy looks to me like it might
be quite a bargain.  But features not mentioned and presumably
not included:  POP3, PHP, MySQL, ...  The shopping cart might be
great.

Digital Space offers a U$36/year with all of the above, but lower
capacities.  http://www.digitalspace.net/  (I am not affiliated)
No shopping cart.  Tech support has been OK.  You can't use
MySQL-Front; must use telnet.
