Only people who don't care, or have palms and the like. In any case,
they are used to things looking rubbish. Even recent hand-helds have
thousands of colours. And what's the worst that can happen? It
dithers. But everything they see is dithered if they're using 256
colour equipment - they won't notice your consideration.
