I have to design a site for a small, regional newspaper, with some update
system acting as a mini content management system.
Something fairly simple, with some articles, a couple of pictures here and
there, and so on.
I was thinking of designing the update system from the ground-up, but I'm
rather lazy these days :)
So, is there a free (open-source) content management system oriented to
newspaper sites?
