Generally like the cleanliness of the design and definately like the colours.

Would agree that no borders (or perhaps ones of only 1px) would be better
than the current top and left ones.

I also personally think you should make the navigation menu on the left into
block level items and perhaps add background rollover effects, at times I found
that the button areas were a bit small an area to point at and I had to hunt for the
hand cursor a bit.

I dont think you should have a picture on the far right at the top of the header strip,
this area is crucial to your branding and a tagline or company slogan would be the only
thing I would ever put up there. It does already look quite busy with the (very sexy)
logo and company name...
