big up to you jeff! my curiosity is satisfied. If you are
using POP3, then you should consider using The Bat email
client (it doesn't have good IMAP support which is the
only reason I don't use it), but it allows you to make
templates for relpying, forwarding etc. using key words
like "%name% wrote on %date%..." and customized dividers
quotes, word wrapping and all that stuff that you do.

Until I found the Outlook-QuoteFix utility, I looked into
outlook forms and although I never caught on how to make
one, if you are any good with VB you can add your own
buttons and macros to the composition window toolbar:
