[thelist] PHP Post/Switch Problem

Seasons greetings to everyone,  I am stuck on a problem which I can't
resolve.  This code produces a table which you can view individual records
by clicking on the link for each record (viewrecord & listrecord).  However
I also have 2 submit buttons which I want to use to launch separate
functions.  These don't appear to work and just send the action of ""
instead of the required name for the switch statement.

Can anyone give me any assistance with this.
