[thelist] Blog XML Schema or RELAX NG (Was PHP blogger)

Having just installed Eclipse [ http://www.eclipse.org ] and because I
am itching to try it out I thought I would turn my hand to creating a
blog of my own. I wondered if anyone had come accross XML based specs
for building an XML based blog?
