We have a vacancy for an 'expert' front-end developer, with moderate/good back-end development skills. Below is the spec.

Job Title:

Front-end Web Developer / Internet Developer

Required skills:
* Expert - HTML hand-coding, cross browser/platform compatible (Dreamweaver OK for speed).
* Good - JavaScript, CSS.
* Good - Photoshop & Fireworks (for image slicing and optimisation).
* Moderate/Good - PHP/MYSQL *OR* Moderate/Good Java.

Not required but a bonus:

* Oracle/Sybase experience.
* Flash MX (actionscript or design)
* Microsoft Exchange experience.
* Microsoft networking experience.
