I think this means the URIs more than the script. IIRC, Google will only
spider a small amount of URIs if they have a ? in them, so a site that
uses:

http://planetgnarly.com/newsitem/123

will do better than one that uses

http://planetgnarly.com/newsitem.asp?id=23
