Somebody suggested Evrsoft 1st Page 2000 earlier in this thread.  Up
until the recent battle on the Evrsoft developers forum, I was the
supermoderator on their forum (although I am not employed by them).

Anyways, a rival product to 1st Page is HTML Builder XP.  It has many
of the same features as 1st Page, but unlike 1st Page, the developers
actually RELEASE UPDATES on a regular basis (1st Page has not been
updated *AT ALL* in the last four years, although back in its day, it
was a *very* excellent product).
