[thelist] Exporting template & user input to high res jpeg

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone could help me out with this:

We are going to present the user with one of a number of templates, with
room to fill in their name and telephone number.  We then want to process
this info and send back a high res JPEG to the user to send on for printing
(for work with the press).
I'm looking for a component I can run on an NT server (iis 5 I think!) - I'm
not really bothered about what format the template is in, as long as it can
be exported to a high res JPEG.

Has anyone got any ideas?
