Move the closing </td> in the Gradient bar row to the end of the img line,
i.e,:

Change:

	<img src="http://test.curf.edu/evolt/fade.gif" alt="" border="0" />

</td>

to:

<img src="http://test.curf.edu/evolt/fade.gif" alt="" border="0" /></td>
