I know, it's a bit violent....but I like it. Plus I'm too lazy

As far as I know, all version 5+ browsers do it. I made
them look like links on purpose because then they show
up as tool tips when they're moused over.

That's where it's supposed to go. It goes to an anchor
on the home page within the list under 'purpose-driven'.
But you'll only notice that if your window is small
enough to scroll vertically.

It works quickly on my system. You may be right about a
pop-up being better, though....

I've changed the width so that International Quorum is on
one line now. Good point about the links. I think it's becuase
I've used display:block rather than <br />. I've set a width on
the links now, so that they're only active when the mouse is
(more or less ) over them.
