Can anyone point me towards some database documentation guidelines or
something like that? Basically, I'm leaving my job in a couple of months
and I need to document the database for whoever takes over. I vaguely
remember going through a formal scheme for visually representing a
database back in university but I don't have my notes any more. What
should these things look like? What should they include? Views and SP's
must be in there somewhere too... I don't really know where to start!

Thanks a lot!

Mike
