[thelist] UK based host - suggestions?

Hi evolters,

I would be gratefull for any recommendations for a uk based host.
I need PHP and SMTP mail, and hopefully reasonably cheap. Only require 20MB
or so, 1GB transfer/month.

To get a reasonable price with SMTP hosting a year ago I had to use a US
based host, and I thought I would check my options before renewing with
them. :)
