[thelist] [OT] Contracts

Hi all,

Trust you are all doing well. I recently took over the administration of
a large web hosing farm on a consultant management basis as well as
their small web dev team. I am wondering if anyone here has any sample
contracts or locations of same so that I can ensure I don't get too
badly screwed. Its just I find its better to be safe than sorry these
days plus contracting fees here with a solicitor are quite high.
