For starters I believed it to be *only* an IE issue, secondly here is
the solution I use.

.form { margin-top: 0em; margin-bottom: 0em; }

Is there a reliable way (works on most or all browsers) to remove the
extra space that gets inserted after a </form> tag? Of the two methods I
have tried, one works only in IE and the other works only in NN.
