[thelist] display: inline

I've just been playing around with
	display: inline;
I don't think it's doing what I expected, although I'm sure it's doing
what the standard says it should. Basically if you set an item to display:
inline any block elements that are contained within "break out" of their
inline container and lose any styling they had when they were inside the
inline container.

Check out:
http://xtrinsic.com/geek/articles/workfiles/displayblock.html
and the accompanying screen shot (which displays in the page). Does anyone
get anything significantly different from what I'm seeing? Do you agree
with Phoenix's behaviour/display? (Especially for the table that has a
nested paragraph not set to inline.)

thanks :)
