I'm going to disagree -- I have not used DW, but I have used HomeSite and HKit 
on Windows. I currently use Bluefish and occasionally Quanta. Neither has the 
features and ease of HKit.

They are both adequate, they get the job done, but I still miss HKit. 

If you are comfortable with DW and would like to continue using it in Linux, 
run it through Wine
