I just did some searching in Google, and the only article matching my needs 
(you are right, there's not much) was this one: 
http://www.humanfactors.com/downloads/fontsize.asp. Hopefully this will be 
enough to convince my client that I am not just being difficult when I tell 
him that fixing the font size is against my policies.
