am using:

oDestination.options[ oDestination.options.length ] = new Option(
oOption.text, oOption.value );

to dynamically create a new option in javascript but am getting the
following error:

<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><>
<<><><><<><><><<><><><
object doesn't support this property or method
<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><><<><><>

What could be the problem? Any ideas?
