well, to start with, you can use text instead of images

the only -- only!! -- text on the home page is the footer:

oh, and the TITLE, which is   EG&amp;H Home Page

the desired search phrase "egh" is not mentioned at all, so it's hardly
surprising that the site does not show up for that search
